Questions
What counts as an agent?
One AI coding tool used by one person, like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Copilot. Claude Code and Cursor on one laptop are 2 agents. The same tool on a second computer is still 1.
How is the price worked out?
Like tax brackets. Each of your first 200 agents is $8 a month, agents 201 to 1,000 are $5, agents 1,001 to 4,000 are $2.50, and every agent after that is $0.75.
What if we connect more agents than we licensed?
The extra agent waits until you add a license or remove another agent. You are never charged for agents you didn't license.
Can we just buy now?
Yes. Choose Buy now, sign in, accept the order form and pay by card, monthly or yearly. Stripe asks for the billing address and tax ID when you pay, and Enterprise starts as soon as the payment completes.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise by invoice is one yearly agreement, with a set number of licenses.
Where is our data kept?
You choose a US or EU region when you create a workspace; the subprocessors page lists what is stored where.
Does procurement need paperwork from you?
The procurement pack has what supplier onboarding usually asks for, in one place to download or share. If your company prefers its own contract or forms, send them from your quote.
Do you see our code?
